Nice job. You may also want to think about a roof that is slightly wider than the bird house to give you little protection from wind driven rain. It’s a little more work, but just an 1/8 of an inch can give make a difference in keeping the nest dry.

Very good, but I have read stuff that tells you not ot put those grooves on the outside. Apparently it allows predators to climb up. I would put them on the inside.
